  //  ASCIIX - Constants representing ASCII chars to standardize SageST code.

  //  This unit contains constants representing each of the ASCII characters
  //  from 0 to 127.  By using these constants defined across all languages
  //  that SageST supports the code will be more portable.  This also
  //  provides one standard method of refering to the characters instead
  //  of the multiple native methods and or compiler provided packages.
