Help Forms

There are three basic types of help forms available using THOR: general help, field help, and autohelp. A general help is defined in THOR and is attached to the form. It is only displayed when the user presses the <F1> key or another defined help key, if no field help is available. General help forms may also be accessed if a key has been defined for the general help exit function.

A field help is defined in THOR and is attached to a specific field. It is displayed when the user is positioned in a field and presses the <F1> key or another defined help key.
